If you are having trouble redeeming your voucher code or you are receiving an error message please Contact Us. Please be sure to have your voucher code, full name and mailing address handy.
Yes, your voucher code will expire. Your expiration date is listed at the bottom of the redemption page. A new code will not be issued to you if your voucher code expires.
No, your voucher code may only be redeemed once in exchange for a magazine at the stated value of your voucher.
No, you will not be charged for the magazine subscription. We will never ask you for your billing or credit card information.
If your confirmation email has the wrong magazine listed, please Contact Us. Our redemption page has a default magazine pre-selected for you, but there are other great options to choose from in our listing. Be sure to scroll through the page to see all available options before completing your redemption.
Your first issue should arrive within 8-16 weeks from the date you redeemed your voucher. If it has been more than 16 weeks since your redemption and you have not received your first issue of your subscription, please Contact Us.
To update the mailing address on your subscription, please Contact Us.
To cancel your subscription, please Contact Us.
There is a limit of 1 subscription per magazine, per household. If you redeem your voucher for the same magazine within 1 year your subscription will not be processed and you may receive a different title of similar content.
No, the offer is valid to U.S. Residents in the 50 United States only (excluding Minnesota). We cannot ship subscriptions internationally. BPerx currently does not accept orders originating from the state of Minnesota. Please Contact Us for more information.
Yes! When you redeem your voucher code, enter your gift recipients full name and mailing address.
Your subscription will not automatically renew.
While we do our best to provide all subscribers with their magazine selection, quantities are limited and valid while supplies last. If your magazine selection is no longer available, you may be provided a substitute of similar content.
