I received a magazine different than what I had selected when I redeemed my gift code. Why? keyboard_arrow_rightMagazines are valid while supplies last and quantities are limited. While we do our best to ensure you receive the magazine you asked for, there are instances where we may process your subscription for a magazine of similar content. If you are unhappy with the replacement you received, please contact us.

Does my gift code expire? keyboard_arrow_rightYes, your gift code will expire. Your expiration date is listed at the bottom of the redemption page. A new code will not be issued to you if your gift code expires.

Can I use my gift code more than once? keyboard_arrow_rightNo, your gift code may only be redeemed once in exchange for (1) product at the stated value of your gift code.

Will I be charged for the magazine subscription? keyboard_arrow_rightNo, you will not be charged for the magazine subscription. We will never ask you for your billing or credit card information.

My confirmation email says I redeemed my gift code for a magazine I did not choose. keyboard_arrow_rightIf your confirmation email has the wrong magazine listed, please contact us. Our redemption page has a default magazine pre-selected for you, but there are other great options to choose from in our listing. Be sure to scroll through the page to see all available options before completing your redemption.

When can I expect the first issue of my magazine? keyboard_arrow_rightYour first issue should arrive within 8-16 weeks from the date you redeemed your gift code. If it has been more than 16 weeks since your redemption and you have not received the first issue of your subscription, please contact us.

How can I update my mailing address? keyboard_arrow_rightTo update the mailing address on your subscription, please contact us.

Can I redeem for the same magazine more than once? keyboard_arrow_rightThere is a limit of 1 subscription per magazine, per household. If you redeem your gift code for the same magazine within 1 year, your subscription will not be processed and you may receive a different title of similar content.
